Bringing together 490 Brisbane-based staff over 4 levels of the 6,500sqm tenancy, this move represented an opportunity to evolve Ergon Energy’s old model of business to a new agile and transparent operation.

Connections to the people and the business were our focus. Centralising social spaces. Minimising barriers between individuals and business groups. Celebrating the regional work of the operation in the city.

The new space has been a transformative experience for Ergon Energy. Inspiring and motivating staff, the potential of their people has been realised in a space that puts connection and collaboration at the forefront.
