Arup

DCD collaborated with Arup to begin their transition to an agile-ready work environment. The Brisbane office needed a re-work to keep up with the other Australasian offices while celebrating their south-east Queensland pride.

Arup had a proud identity, but they understood their culture needed invigorating. The new spaces needed to be the catalyst that would drive a change of behaviour, integrate new technologies and get them excited about an agile future.

The new spaces ensure that as Arup continues the transformation to an agile environment, they have the spaces to support this and the new behaviours are already embedded within the culture.
